My Journey

As a young girl I always had a sense of something different about myself and was often most happy when retreating into my own space because of my sensitivity.
I often had the feeling that this was not my ‘true’ home and longed to be back there and as I got older this explained why I found it hard to be grounded here. My father also commented after doing a healing session with him and seeing me at my healing work he could now understand why I was the child I was.

During my twenties my focus on my spirituality ebbed and flowed as I went through a lot of personal learnings in relationships and my career as a flight attendant.

In 2003 I attended a workshop with Judy Satori which connected me with the galactic beings that work with me and after another workshop with Judy I began to speak light language.

In 2006 I reconnected with Helen Barnes and was drawn to do a sacred soul journey with her in Egypt. During my stay in Egypt I connected strongly with the energies of the pyramids and the goddesses Isis, Sekhmet and Hathor at their relevant temples.

I also connected strongly with the galactic energies at Cheops and the Hathor temple at Dendera. I experienced through activations, my third eye opening up to strengthen my inner sight.

During 2007 I undertook Shamanic Journeying training with John Broomfield and Elizabeth Von Madarasz which I found to be another valuable tool to expand my healing work. I returned again to Egypt in 2007 following my resignation as a flight attendant to work once again with Helen. I returned to the pyramids to work with the energies there and also with the energies of Sekhmet and Hathor again and in addition Horus and Ptah. In both my journeys to Egypt I reconnected to my lives as a priestess in Egypt, linking back to Atlantean times.

Machel in India

Towards the end of 2008 I travelled to Kerala in the south of India after being accepted into the School of Santhi to begin a four week Yoga Teachers Training Course and obtained my Yoga Teachers Training Certificate - 200hrs.
I decided to do this as part of a growing passion and desire to immerse myself in Yoga. My teacher Santhi taught me Siva Raja Yoga, an ancient yoga system in which advanced yoga practices are combined with pranayama. Santhi was an inspiration to me, a man I saw that was committed to his students and sharing his 50 years of yoga experience. This truly was a once in a lifetime experience, I realised sometime later how transforming this time with Santhi had been in my life, for which I am grateful.

The School of Santhi is a registered Yoga School by the International Yoga Federation and the Yoga Alliance US.

My journey has led me to this place I am in now, ready and committed to a life of service and I look forward to sharing my healing gifts to those drawn to work with me.
